Both Shae and I are LSU Alumni and living this close to Tiger Stadium, you can't help but bleed purple and gold....and dress your kids up in it...Geaux Tigers!
Halloween is almost here! We are having a party at our house on Sunday for the kids.. about 20 people coming so far. We are going to build a fire in the firepit and let the kids roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Colton is going to be a lion and Avery is a kitty cat. They look so cute in their costumes...here's one of Colton:
Me: "Avery, look at that big fat pumpkin!" Avery: "Mama, don't say fat! It's not ladylike" Me: "I know, but pumpkins don't have feelings" Avery: "But God heard you, Mama"
Colton is now 3 months old and what a joy and blessing! This little guy has brought so much happiness to our family. Avery loves being his big sister. Things have gone so smoothly. Colton is a very happy and GOOD baby! He started sleeping ALL night long at 7 weeks old and almost never wakes up during the night. He rarely cries or is fussy...I don't know how we got so lucky! He rolled over for the first time at 10 weeks and he just started eating cereal. He's so smiley and happy all the time....he's mama's little peanut :)
Colton was born! June 23, 2010 at 8:12am weighing 7 lbs, 9 oz and 20 1/4 inches long. His birthday was smooth and painless(for me anyway) and just the most awesome birth experience I could have asked for.....
